Rarity Check

Right now at a used shop I visit there's three CDs I want, but the prices are a bit more than I normally pay. I've never seen these elsewhere, though, at least around here. So I'm wondering if you experts can tell me if the price is right.



This one is $15.



This is $16 (I think).



This one is also $15.

I think those prices are right. Either way, none are more than $16. Are these worth the price?

even if i was given these 3 as a gift i would throw them away,hehehe....but to each his own....

That Forbidden CD can be purchased at THEND for 9.99 shipped to you, so that's a bit of a rip.

The other 2 I'm not familiar with.

I haven't seen any of those three CDs in quite awhile so if I were to take a wild guess I'd say those are decent enough prices for'em

Well personally I wouldn't bother with the Forbidden disc, you can probably locate that over here for half that price, being an EP and all,

Nocturnus, I'd buy if it's the original version, it's great trade fodder if you fall out of love with it.

Razor, know feck all about them, never cared either so .......

You're right. It's $10.24. But this is likely the reissue. There's no difference as far as I know, so I may snag this one. Thanks!

I used to own it, but it was sold off in the Air Force when I needed space in my dorm room. I loved the CD and really want it again. I've never owned their others.

Good prices! The Razor and Nocturnus are well worth it!

Get NOCTURNUS, it is fantastic album worth $16 (unless the re-issue is still fresh and easily obtainable for less elsewhere).

The other two can let go.

I got that Forbidden cd for like $3. $15 is a lot for an ep, $10 at the very most is ok though if you like them and really want it.

The Razor is one of their best.You'll probably pay close to that anywhere for it.I would snag that one if I were you.

I would buy the Raozr one they are pretty rare (I never saw one dunno if it's really that rare.)

i own all but that Forbidden & they are worth the price i'd say. i've seen the Nocturnus on amazon for as much as $100.00.

This Raozr is not rare at all anymore. You can go to overstock.com and pick a new sealed copy for under $16 with shipping included.

I also think SPV did re-release it on their 2-on-1 Specials Series recently, but dont cite me on this.

It is on half.com. Looks like I'll have to snag that Nocturnus, then. Hopefully it's still there next time I go.

I am not so sure about the Forbidden CD. I mean, there are only 4 tracks on it...

The razor one is decent, you should snag that one.

YES.

Their worth the price, but that's the same price that the Razor disc goes for new.

If you REALLY want them just buy them their only $15 each. unless you look on ebay or amazon then you have to either wait til the auction is over or for them to arrive in the mail. Get them in the store and your done.

$15 is a lot of money for me when it comes to CDs. I generally paid $2 or $3 for CDs, so $15 is ridiculous. Haha. I can afford it, but it's tough to commit. I think I'm going to definitely buy the Nocturnus disc, but the others I may wait on, especially since that price for a used copy seems steep compared to the brand new versions.

If you see a funky green looking vinyl copy of Ride the Lightning for $34, pick it up for me. I'll give you a coupla extra bucks for the effort.
