What a deliberate ripoff of the Exodus album title.

Yeah, not really feeling this song too much. It's okay, but the chorus kind of kills it for me.

They should’ve called the album Soft Landing.

I lost track of them after Hope In Hell.

That new song doesn't do much for me.

They've never been the most original bunch.

Shoot, there's a song on Hope In Hell (the name of it escapes me at the moment) that pretty blatantly cribs the riff from "Smoke on the Water."  

I'm like, "did they really think no one would notice?!"

How about “Really Bad Ripoff”?

I was doing some cd re-shelving yesterday. Turned out that the last Anvil i got was Anvil is Anvil, not Hope In Hell.

I am planning on revisiting their catalogue next week.

Yah, not very impressed by that track. That chorus is pretty bad...

All their stuff is cheeseball and corny. But they wear their emotions on their sleeve and I commend them for never giving up. The vocals are always bad, the lyrics are very corny but for some reason they still kick ass!!

New song:

They are playing a live show near me this summer (about a 45 minute drive). I can't attend it, though, because I'm not allowed to book time off of work at my workplace. (The show is on a Wednesday night, and I work night shifts from Monday to Friday.)

On a positive note, only a few days after learning about them playing a local show, news of a metal show in the province came out that I can attend. I will get to see Sacrifice live in September. The show is on a Sunday night, so it does not interfere with my work schedule. It's a five hour drive, but I can wake up early the next morning and get to work on time that day.
