What is the next concert you are going to?

Got back last night from seeing Mercyful Fate in Vegas, man what a day! Got to see Cirith Ungol for the first time too. I got a copy of the set list from that show, and got Tim Baker to sign it.

Next up, I just got a notification for Blue Oyster Cult coming here October 8th! Can’t wait!

I get to see Sacrifice live in Halifax on September 18th. I an so stoked.

I finally get my PS5 next month and I finally get to see Sacrifice live. September will be an awesome month.

I'm hoping to see the Mercyful Fate, Kreator and Midnight tour in Nov.

Not really a concert, but got tickets to see the Dio documentary in theaters on October 2nd. Next concert will be Nick Masons: Saucerful of Secrets show October 22nd.

Im happy I got tickets already, don't want to miss it. I'm sure I'll probably buy it when it's out on blu-ray, but I'd like to see it in theaters first.

Sweet, I think you'll love it. I was at the Vegas show, and it was great, but I read later that they didn't have room on the stage for the full production because they had to move the venue or something. It was in a giant tent, and it was packed, but the stage itself wasn't very wide. I also think they had trouble with the sound, drums were way louder than everything else. Sometimes it was hard to hear King sing. Still sounded good, but I hope its better on the tour.

I haven’t been to a concert since before the world went crazy. Are they still requiring any vaccine ID crap?

I think it more or less depends on the artists now. I haven't had to show any proof at a show at all this year.

I feel the same way, and always hesitate before buying tickets. So far I've only had one show where the ticket selling site said covid restrictions were implemented and masks or vaccines were required. I already purchased the tickets before I saw that, so I called the venue, and they almost laughed and said no, they don't require that shit. So I went and had a great time. I think like Nevermore says, it's up to the bands. Most bands are probably still hurting from the lockdowns, they'd probably snort a line of covid just to play some live gigs lol

I've only been to 3 concerts recently. KISS last October (vaccine proof was required), and Journey in February and Anthrax last month. Neither of those concerts required anything. I don't mind showing proof since I have it but I don't think I'd be going to a venue that wants me to wear an uncomfortable mask the entire time.

For me a concert is a way to escape the world’s problems. Wearing a mask/muzzle isn’t even a option. The air can be already very thin in a hot crowded place. Also their vaccine doesn’t prevent transmission. It just stifles the symptoms.

Might go see Kings of Thrash in October 13th. They are playing both Killing is my Business, and So Far…So Good…Di Ehat in their entirety. Plus there’s a local opening band I really like too, called Empire of Dezire. Saw them open for Flotsam and Jetsam a while back and they were really good.

Cavalera and Bewitcher on Oct. 19th

Thursday it’s Mercyful Fate and Kreator. Can’t wait for this show. I’ve got great seats, going to be epic.

Then the 30th is W.A.S.P.. Anotger one I’m really looking forward to. Never seen them before, so super stoked, even though it’s basically just Blackie now with a backing band, still going to be awesome.

Also just bought tickets for Amon Amarth with Obituary, Carcass, and Cattle Decapitation on the 12th of November. Never seen any of these bands except for Obituary. Had no clue they were even coming till tonight.
