| Guess what everyone, despite all my qualms about the heat and long walks, I'm quickly getting used to it. After a few days of being a total wreck at the end of a shift, yesterday and today I finished the day strong. My legs are a little bit sore but nowhere near as bad as the first few. My body is getting used to the physical aspects of this job a lot faster than I feared. My trainer said that I was doing great, much better than a lot of the people he trained. He was confident that I would have no problems in this job. - scottmitchell74 wrote:

If you are lucky enough to get one of the pro masters, you have radio and A/C but most are the LLVs (Long Life Vehicles) with neither. I'm going to be moved around constantly so I will be driving both at various different times. On the music front though, I will have plenty of time to listen to it. I was told over and over at the school never to listen to headphones but come to find out as long as you have it in just one ear and at a low enough volume, it's ok. Not while driving, but most of my routes will be walking so that's not a big deal. That music has helped make the long walking so much easier (also helps get my mind off the heat).

| Maybe you'll deliver that letter from Eyesore, the one answering why he said that about your mom? _________________ | |

| Even if it’s true, why would someone announce that publicly? That is some Jerry Springer shit! Maybe it was a typo and he meant “Artistic”. Do you think Bob Ross had groupies? I bet he painted on some nice canvases. | |

| First of all, that was a pretty good introduction write. I sympathize with you….with the wear and tear of it all. Sometimes I think our government doesn’t want us to retire… but rather to die trying…..while they laugh at our plight. Meanwhile, illegals get everything for free. Don’t get me started on that fact. Retirement. May you be lucky enough to cross that finishing line. I heard - the courts can go into your 401K. Say divorce. Or someone sues you. Life is thin ice. All the way to the gates of judgement,
Also Charles Bukowski has a book “ Post Office. “ Funny as hell, in some regards.
