I love Testament! Have ever since I discovered them back in the 80s. I really look forward to their new cd.

My faves:

1. The Legacy
2. The New Order
3. Practice What You Preach
4. Demonic
5. First Strike Still Deadly
6. Souls of Black
7. The Ritual
8. Low

The last album I really liked from them was Low. Demonic and The Gathering were not instantly likeable and I didn't have enough time to let them grow on me. I kind of want to re-check those two before I get the new album when it comes out.

Cranking "The Ritual" right now.

I didn't find it to be in poor taste. It just seemed like his account was hacked, or the banner was changed on his, but the URL was left the same; that looked like one of those banners that give you some sort of malware/spyware when you click it.

Yep,my favorite by them.With The New Order in at second.(For those that care)

I've started getting into them recently...you see I'm still discovering thrash and all forms of metal, but they're really good!

So, in the last couple months I've picked up First Strike Still Deadly and Formation of Damnation.

I really enjoy these both and in fact they approach what is my favorite kind of Thrash. Not that I don't like other kinds, but this fast, romping melodic kind is my favorite.

Did I stumble on their two best somehow, or would I enjoy others of theirs equally?

Also, who else crafts such tasty romps like Testament?

I like testement also. I think new order is my favorate, I didnt really get into the stuff when they tried out death metal though. It was decent but it obviously Testement IMO.
