Spun the Brother Cane S/T album today on my run across the river to pick up a couple of prescriptions.

This album is sadly underrated; it's a lot more textured than I remembered; lots of "meat on the bone" with a lot of the tracks.  Especially "Woman"; besides the slow build that song features it's also got lots of odd chord progressions that just "work".

I am loving this album!!!

Sure is! Especially during a 10+ hour work day. Nostradamus is a bit of a chore but I solved that by breaking it up between discs. There really are some gems hidden among all the fluff.

Yeah I need to give Nostradamus another listen. I haven't played it since it came out.
