Boyz N The Hood was a fantastic film. Blew me away when I first saw it back in college. R.I.P. sir.

On a side note... speaking as a guy who is pushing 50, this recent spate of celebrity strokes involving guys in that age group (Luke Perry, John Singleton) is freakin' me out a little bit.
