I’m glad he got his due credit and acknowledgment. The intro to Over the Mountain is one of the greatest drum highlights in classic metal history.

Exactly. The "right thing" would have been to be fair from the beginning. To give a dying man two trinkets for his wall? Fuck that. Pay his family his back due money.
