It's just a single with 2 versions of the title track, a couple live tracks and an exclusive track that is quite good. The band is one of those that if you like one you should like them all. All solid releases with some slightly better than others but nothing terrible.

Liquid Monster is their best album, at least if you love those catchy hooks, but they have not put out a bad one since. All are very good!
