But I still don't think I can listen to a whole album of songs in another language. I tried that with Rammstein and it didn't work.

I can understand that and I think most of us feel that way. I like Rammstein and Loudness, but rarely do I spin them, but what do I know I like death metal and they all sound like cookie monster!

Yeah, understanding lyrics are out the window at that point. At least most of the time.
