Mark E Smith - R.I.P

Well that's a crap start to the day!

Mark E Smith was the definition of a maverick and The Fall were an institution in this country. e did exactly what he wanted to do and never compromised (apart from a small period in the 80's when they made a half hearted attempt at the mainstream) The way he went through band members would make Mustaine blush (there are more than 60 ex members of The Fall) but he managed to produce some great music.
