I have always loved Player's "Baby Come Back" as it is just catchy as hell. And Van Morrison's "Moondance" has always been a fave.

I think my liking those songs now is mostly nostalgia from my younger days, but I gotta admit... the music was extremely memorable and catchy.
Eye In the Sky by Alan Parsons Project is another good one.

They do! I saw them live when I was in college and they were great. The harmonies were spot on.

Boy there are a lot of good songs listed in this thread.
One I haven't seen yet is:
Marc Cohn - "Walking In Memphis"
I have a special place in my heart for this song because when it was popular I was sent to Sweden in February for 10 days. It was freakin' cold over there! And you couldn't get any decent food. All the produce was wilted because it had to be trucked in from other locations and all the meat was smothered in some kind of sauce. Plus where I had to hole up was in a little town called Edsbyn which was about 3 hours south of Stockholm by train and finding people who spoke English was a challenge.
Anyway, when my plane back finally touched down at Memphis airport, "Walking In Memphis" happened to be playing on the PA system and I'd never heard it sound sooooo good.
The Sweden experience was fun but I was sure glad to get back home.

Pretty much all of these and many others already mentioned. I would also have to mention "Magic" by Olivia Newton John and "Steal Away" by Robbie Dupree. Throw in Greatest American Hero Theme by Joey Scarbury for good fun.

That's a good call with Gabriel. I think the man is a musical genius. His music is quirky yet memorable at the same time and that's a difficult feat to pull off. The "Melting Face" album is one of my favorite "non-hard music" albums of all time.
Take this song for example. So weird yet so catchy at the same time:
