'The Jack'. But it has to be live. And preferably about 10 years ago or longer.
Anyone that thinks Angus is a 3-chord trick pony, watch him pull off a 7 minute blues solo that would make SRV put down the coke spoon and say "Holy sh*t, that little fidget can play!!".

Pretty much any solo from Let There Be Rock, Powerage or Highway To Hell but here's my choice:

With so many good ones, it's hard to choose an absolute best.

I always loved, when playing air-guitar, as a teen.....the Overdose solos......next would have to be Soul Stripper....the intro exchange between The two brothers...unusual......and you can hear how fast Angus gets in the mood and takes over. My third choice would be the movie " Let There Be Rock" it sounds like a sound check......a power chord....solo hammer ons.......and it's while the show the band member names with flames.

I don't like 'em.
Am I going to be the only one committing blasphemy in the church of AC/DC? I have to say I don't especially like Angus Young's solos. Nothing against them, really, when I think of it. No hate, absolutely not. He is great. Just that they don't appeal to me that much.
I do agree they are definitely necessary (and often the highlight) on AC/DC songs.
But maybe there is that certain thing I look for in a guitar solo, and he just doesn't have it. Like on a personal, these notes pull my heart strings, level. AC/DC never was great at showing off emotion with their songs. Not many emotions at least. And maybe that's what I am looking for. Talent + that something personal, probably emotional.
Like Mick Box, he gets it. He is probably not the most beloved guitarist, but he speaks to me and I could listen to albums full of Uriah Heep music with the songs stripped down to just the solos.
Not starting a comparison here. Just saying that that's my personal experience. Nothing to do with musical snobbery or being a nazi about missed notes or anything (I only ever was a passable guitarist myself and couldn't ever even keep up with Angus solos, no way).
So, apologies.

Though I'm not a huge fan of Angus Young Solos, I feel like Overdose, Sin City, Walk All Over You, Snowballed or Chase the Ace are really nice extensions of the song. I would probably go with either Overdose or Chase the Ace

Ride On has always been one of my favorites, also Whole Lotta Rosie ... and oh, yeah, so many others .... (Baby Please Don't Go, and Jailbreak, two more that come to mind)
ETA I should say one of the greatest shows that I never got to see was AC/DC's Fly On the Wall tour with Yngwie opening in support of his Marching Out album ... now to me, that would be the dream gig of all dream gigs to go see....

Saw that tour. Yngwie got boo'd off stage [not literally - but the crowd smelled a phony] in Minneapolis for playing "Eruption". A pretty dick move at the time.

A great song, perhaps my all time favourite AC/DC song along with Thunderstruck.
Whole Lotta Rosie, Gone Shooting, Shake a Leg, Squealer, Downpayment Blues well, all their songs to list here.
