Sweet Leaf - A Stoner Rock Salute to Black Sabbath

Has anybody else seen this? I heard about it a while back through Witch Mountian, which cover a track on it.

There are some hits and misses, but as tribute albums go, it's pretty good in my opinion. Probably because it is done by stoner bands, as opposed to a bunch of people that you have never heard of riding the band wagon. I just wish they would outlaw covers of "Changes".

I've been meaning to check this out. I think Solace are on this covering Electric Funeral. They are one of my favorite doomy/stoner bands.

I discovered it through Golden Void's killer cover of "Paranoid." Very unique cover. Solid tribute album overall.

You can see how damn good Ozzy was - his voice and delivery -
He was really a force -
You never do consider Ozzy/Tony as a great duo -
Like say Page/Plant - Jagger/Richards -
It's a fun listen - I can hear note and chord changes more clearly -
It's not an easy task to copy Sabbath - sounds easy - ha ha -
like Ac Dc - it's not easy to play - incredibly enough - never mind sing.
