Anyone hear heard these guys? They formed in the late '70s out of the ashes of the band American Tears. Mark Mangold, who later went on to play on Michael Bolton's hard rock albums and in AOR duos Drive She Said and Mystic Healer, played keyboards in this band. They recorded a self-titled album, now held as an AOR/pomp classic, in 1980, and followed it with a second album in 1982, that apparently didn't get released.

Any fans here?

I have that one on vinyl.  The only song I really remember just by the name of the band is "Don't You Know What Love Is"

I have the American Tears stuff and the first two Touch albums on a special 2-disc set. Some good pomp.

I take it - that these guys aren't the same band -
Maybe their evil side, when no one was looking, was recorded !

Hell, they don't even have the same name.

Next thing you'll be posting Riot links in a Quiet Riot thread or something. Rolling Eyes

I actually have a soft spot for Touch.

They were one of the few bands in the 70s that both guys and chicks could get into.

I'm verrrrry picky with my AOR. That said, I'm really liking what I hear from these guys. I may make an investment.

I have pretty much everything Mark Mangold ever did I guess. Good summertime nostalgia music, great melodic rock.
