California Metal 'cause it introduced me to Deliverance! Also features a band called Hero with Glenn Rogers on guitar.

Yes, same here -East Coast Metal was perfect. I was happy to get the CD this year after foolishly selling the vinyl a long time ago.
I have some from your list only from downloading.
California Metal was an ok LP, but a lot softer so I didn't enjoy it as much. The two Deliverance songs on it were amazing though, which made it worth buying!
Other Christian metal comp CD's I own are DEMOLITION (R.E.X.Records) is heavy, as well as White Metal Warriors -Last Ship Home (Edge Music/Star Song, and one that is with unblack metal bands -Christian Metal Fellowship Compilation Vol.II (Divine Metal Distro).
I still like Doug Van Pelt's COOL TUNES cassette a lot. Bought that in the early 1990s from either a Christian bookstore or Peter Dunn's vinyl museum. Vinyl Museum had one location that was as large as a small department store, but all used cassettes and mainly used vinyl LP's. The owner became a "born again Christian" and had all merchandise stamped with a Bible quote which ticked off many customers. They seen it as ruining the products and lessening the re-sale value.

Hero also featured original Holy Soldier vocalist Robbie Brauns. They are on the "Metal Mardi Gras" DVD I sent ya a few years back.
I am partial to California Metal II

There are actually two Ultimate Metal compilations, but it's a little bit confusing as some versions of Volume 2 have the same artwork as Volume 1. That's the version that I have, but it's still a pretty compilation regardless of naming issues.
1. Attention Please - Whitecross 2. King of Kings - Barren Cross 3. To the End - David Zaffiro 4. Help Me - Zion 5. If You Will - Deliverance 6. World Come Crushing Down - Undercover 7. Waste Your Life Away - Xalt 8. Dance on the Head of the Serpent - Jerusalem 9. Alone in Suicide - Bloodgood 10. One of a Kind - Guardian 11. Woodpecker Stomp - Jeff Sheetz

I had both but the first one was my favorite. The songs from Shout and Sacred Warrior were awesome and my favorites from those artists today. However, the one that stood out the most:
One of the most powerful and moving songs ever written (Christian or otherwise). Course, the album it's from is a mixed bag. I'd say it alternates between good and crap.
