I came into this thread thinking the vote would be about even, but it seems people who aren't even that familiar with Saxon are voting against them. Half the Maiden votes must be from these people.

I'm not blaming the voters. You can't see the vote result unless you vote. So clearly there should be a third option.

Even though Maiden is my favorite metal band, I have not voted in this poll because while I own all of Maiden's studio albums, I only own Solid Ball of Rock from Saxon.

Tough call. I voted for Saxon as I have been listening to them a lot more than Maiden recently.

I didn't vote because I couldn't properly judge Maiden's output against Saxons. Matter of fact, I only vote in polls where I have skin in the game so as to not taint the results.
