Pluck, Trim, or Grow

So what do you do? Pluck them out with tweezers? Trim them with small scissors or nose trimmers? Or do you just let it grow? Plucking hurts like hell and I can' stand having hair sticking out of my nose so I use small cuticle scissors (very carefully) to manage it. I tried those trimmers but they never do any good and sometimes just rip the hair out and they make my nose tickle. I actually knew a guy in boot camp that just let it grow. Looked like he had tree trunks coming out of his nostrils. My dad doesn't trim his but his bushy mustache covers it up a bit. Hard to look people in their face when you can see their nose follicles. If you do something else with them (wax them, burn them, braid them, etc.) there is an "other" option.
