| There should have been an option for both.I listen to mostly older stuff or newer bands playing the classic style.Im not against new bands just don't have the time or money for it. | |

| Old and new for me. I don't buy much of any music these days but that has other reasons besides not liking new stuff. | |

| the classics are where I start, and then I venture out for music that is new to me but still quite old. Example: a band like Thin Lizzy or lately for me a band like Devo. In both cases I know the hits and the popular albums in the classic era of them, but I don't know the deeper cuts and albums just outside of the classic era. So I pursue those as well as live material. It's new to me, but not new. As for new modern music, I could take it or leave it. I figure there is an endless catalog of music from the 60's, 70's and 80's that, if you love many genres of music like I do, there's always something out there you've never heard before. | |

| New bands that play in the old classic style. _________________ I used to be with it, but then they changed what "it" was. Now what I'm with isn't it, and what's it seems weird and scary to me, and it'll happen to you, too.

| New in an old style is pretty much the only new I want to hear. Any time a band or record is descrbed as having a modern flare or modern sensibility or something, I know it means it is going to suck. | |

| As an '80s lady, I like utilizing modern sources like YouTube and Spotify to "discover" '80s classics or obscure gems I've not heard before ("new" to me). I figure that still counts as "classics," so that is my vote. | |
