Hmmm...I didn't know that either. Not one of my favorite Bowie tracks but still a good listen.
I didn't know God Lives Underwater covered it either.

Didn't know there was so many covers. Usually I like covers if I'm not crazy about the original artist, but in this case, I still like Bowie's more for some reason....

There were also a bunch of rap artist who sampled it - Public Enemy, EPMD, and House Of Pain. Always a good way to get those extra royalties. I'm with Toh, not my favorite Bowie but very listenable. I think it still surprises me that this is one of his bigger hits.
