| I heard Nikki Sixx's new project (Sixx A.M.) yesterday and it sucked
royally. The single was called "Life is Beautiful". You can hear them

| They've been playing the track "Life Is Beautiful" on the local rock station here as well. I was surprised when I heard it was Nikki's project. Didn't do much for me. | |

That's where I first heard it too. They played it on the local rock station. I thought to myself, 'what is this crap?' After they announced it was Nikki Sixx's new band. Oh well, more power to him I suppose, if he can pull it off. Apparently Clear Channel is going to push the crap out of it, so people will buy it. | |

| Yep, the local rock station has played it a few times here as well. I'm not sure how much though, I'm more of an XM Radio guy.  Anyway, I like it. Life Is Beautiful is an obvious attempt at making a modern radio hit, but I think it's a pretty good song. I wouldn't judge the album by that song at all though. Musically, it's all over the place and that's a good thing. Definitely not what I was expecting. I was thinking every song would be more in line with mainstream rock. | |

| I think it's pretty good for mainstream alt rock. It has some hard rock blended in, and it's better than the majority of the other stuff out there on radio. I think I'm going to pick this up. |
