Since I pull for the Raiders it will be another long season for me. yeah - it could be a really really long year for the Raiders. They have fallen off the cliff after their last superbowl appearance. _________________

| Exact, give Kelly a couple years and the Eagles should be flying. (heh)

Even though i'm a Cowboys fan I can't stand Jerry. i think the biggest issue for the eagles is defense. It was historically bad last year and might be even worse this year. _________________

My beloved Eagles will probably end up 6-10. I just hope they have more wins than the Chiefs. Not a fan of Andy Reid? I love that man as a coach. Once Mcnabb's better years were over the Eagles have yet to have a good QB. I love my Eagles and see them getting 7 wins at the most. I just don't think their defense can stop anyone. As far as The Broncos go and all the ppl picking them. Why wouldn't you pick them? One of the best QB's to ever play. An offense that looks unstoppable and if it wasn't for that botched coverage last year, they're most likely in the SB..

I give Reid all the respect in the world for turning the Eagles into a competitive franchise but I think he thinks he is smarter than anyone else. And it cost the Eagles. _________________

I had to laugh when I saw Oakland cut Alex "Mr. False Start" Barron. I mean literally laughed out loud. He was absolutely horrible for the Rams for several years. Then the Raiders cut him; sorry Oakland fans but if someone's not good enough to play for the Raiders I think it's time for a new career path. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

YEA!! I picked The Redskins and I'm a DIEHARD Eagles fan hahah!! I didnt expect The Redskins to be sooo flat on offense... Mccoy has to be the best cutter in Football... His shake reminds me a lot of Barry Sanders who IMO was the best RB ever...

| I hate the entire NFC East and the Cardinals were off last night so I watched Raw last night.
I actually watched a Goldust vs Randy Orton match last night.
I think I'm going to have to revisit that viewing strategy in the future. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

I think I'm going to have to revisit that viewing strategy in the future. watching Kelly's offense is really fun, regardless of what you think of the Eagles. _________________

I'd enjoy watching the Eagles a lot more if Vick wasn't their QB. Couple the facts that I always thought Vick was Tim Tebow before we even knew who Tebow was (i.e., a running back trying to play QB) with my love of animals (not to mention I'm best friends with a guy who runs a pitbull rescue group that helped some of the Vick dogs) and I think you can understand why I wish nothing but abject and dismal failure on Michael Vick and anything he attempts to do on a football field. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

| When I lived in PA I used to hate the Eagles because of all the inevitable local over-exposure.
But these days my animosity toward Philly is completely based on their QB; once they lose Vick (and they will in short order IMO), I actually could learn to like the Eagles in that division. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

I know a lot of people have a lot of differing opinions on Vick. He committed a heinous crime and paid his debt. I have followed his off the field stuff and he seems to have turned a corner into understanding what he did and how terrible it was. Nothing he does can change that, but I don't begrudge him his opportunity to come back to the NFL. I have my doubts about his ability to be an effective QB though. _________________

This I really wanted to watch the Texans/Chargers game last night but as I don't have cable telly, I couldn't. I did check in on them from time to time on NFL.com but that is pretty boring to watch. I like Matt Schaub as he seems to be a pretty decent guy in his personal life, and a very good QB. Along with Matt Ryan, those two are some seriously underrated guys.
