This video game nerd needs help!!

Has anyone used game saves? I've been trying to use a game save for WWE '13. I've downloaded numerous programs to try and get the game saves that I downloaded online to put on my USB stick and use them in the game. I've looked for answers the last 4 days and I'm stumped. Everything I try to do doesn't work right. Anyone? please! HELP!
