INTERNAL NIGHTMARE
"CHAOS REBORN"
6 years since their inception, the debut album from Melbourne's Chaotic Death Thrashers Internal Nightmare finally arrives. Comprising of 10 hard hitting and very diverse tracks 'Chaos Reborn' is set to be unleashed on the public in a matter of weeks.
Keeping with the band's DIY spirit, 'Chaos Reborn' was recorded in the bands own recording space and was produced by Internal Nightmare's own Paul "Doomsday" Hammond and mixed/mastered by Dean Wells (Shredville Studios/Teramaze). This gave the band absolute control over every portion of the album to give it the most genuine sound possible. 3 guests also made their way onto the album with Dean Wells, Matt Young (King Parrot) and Matt Storma (Whoretopsy) providing their respective specialties on a few of the tracks.
Providing the amazing artwork for the album are Ben Robinson and Brent Sprakel from QWAK Art with 2 concept designs representing the title 'Chaos Reborn'. A 'choose your own adventure' for fans, who can change the cover any time.
The QWAK Art guys have worked closely with Internal Nightmare throughout 2012 to create these great concepts and add to the ferociousness of the album.
The concept behind 'Chaos Reborn' is the rebirth or re-invention of the band, with numerous changes to the lineup and sound throughout the years, and now sees the band happier than ever with their current sound and feel that this is exactly where they should be.
Starting out 2013 with a bang, Internal Nightmare launched their debut album 'Chaos Reborn' at HEAVYFEST, Australia's HEAVY Magazine's 1st anniversary, which wa on January the 27th alongside Blood Duster, Black Majesty, Desecrator, Boris the Blade, Frankenbok, Malignant Monster and many more at The Corner Hotel in Melbourne. Following this will be an Australia-wide tour to support the album.
