There's another band using our name in Philadelphia as well. We've contacted them, had our management contact them. Our friends and fans constantly post on their Facebook, but they just delete the messages. Short of suing them there is nothing we can do about it. I don't understand why band's purposely want to use names that are actively being used by other bands. It seems sort of stupid to me. In the 80's and 90's it wasn't easy to look-up band names, but with the internet and sites like Metal-Archives, BNRMetal, Wikipedia, etc. it's fairly easy and takes minutes to do the research.

I know we've had this discussion in the past, but Metal-Archives lists a dozen "Ultimatums" in its database, from all over the world... including two from France and two from Canada!!
...and don't even get "our" boys started on "Ultimatium" (note the randomly placed "i" in the middle. Totally different band, yo.

Like that Ultimatum and even have this album - not a bad track. I'm burnt out on traditional metal mostly but not English singing bands have that special something to appreciate them more.
