...spending the big bucks for Outrage's most recent album [came out 3 years ago...] and YES - I am soooooo glad I did. Best thing they have recorded since The Final Day imo. Most of you will dismiss this thread as you have never heard of this outstanding band. But, seriously, I KNOW most of you would dig them. So look into it!!! I look forward to your Metallica comparisons, although they will be narrow in the the big picture.

I don't get your Metallica comment
They sound like most current thrash bands, doing their own personal take on that 80's thing. Think I'm gonna go eat some Top Ramen now, thanks John

Should have quantified that statemnet with "Hetfield Comparisons". And, generic baked beans have way more nutritional value. Three times the vitamins for only .15 cents more!

Sure do like the vocals. Some actual singing in there, unlike the hordes of thash bands with monotonous barking. Yeah, I say this everytime I talk about thrash vocals, but I still feel there isn't enough singing in the genre.

Had this going on the eliptical yesterday. Perfect album for it. I love Outrage. Even love the dreaded middle period stuff too when they tried to become the Japanese answer to Alice In Chains.
I've gotten incredibly lucky in getting ahold of their albums. Several years back I won most of their early catalogue for about forty bucks. Guy even threw in some singles too. Sadly I was the only bidder for the stuff. This latest release I got off amazon for about ten (with obi, and not the Korean territory licensed version).
