Never knew she was going to post it. I imagine she didn't know she was going to write it until right after it happened. It is extremely sad, though. She wrote a brilliant story called "Black Mary" that deals with the loss of two of her triplets. It's in Beautiful Sorrows http://amzn.com/098827230X Not sure what kind of stuff you like, but if you're into Neil Gaiman kind of fantastical horror, or "dark fantasy" as a lot of people call it, you'd probably dig it. I think it has a good chance of winning a Stoker Award. If you have a Kindle, it'll be 99 cents starting tomorrow through the 12th.

| As mentioned above, Beautiful Sorrows is currently on sale and enjoy some well-deserved time in the limelight.

| Finally finished issue #5 (I don't read much beyond SI). I think my favorites in this one were The Girl In the Blue Burqa and To 'Bie Or Not To Bie' (the idea if placating a hoarde of zombies by performing Shakespeare is both absurd and genius). Bring on Issue #6... _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

Bring on Issue #6... Yeah, "To 'Bie or Not to 'Bie" is crazy. I totally expected it to suck when I first started reading, but it really is genius. Haha. You buy digital? If so, the e-version of issue #6 should be ready this weekend. Thanks! (What's SI?)

And the paperback version of Beautiful Sorrows is still in print. The hardcover, which was limited to 50, is the version no longer in print.
It's also on sale for $9.99 right now.

| Hmm, could only find the Kindle version on Amazon. I wanted to buy it together with ST 6, and save shipping.
Oh well, maybe next time. _________________

I was just wondering if you buy from Amazon.co.uk or .de, you know, something closer to home. If you're using Amazon.com, all our editions are linked. So if you find the digital version, just look on the same page, in the top section below the picture, and there is a box that says Formats. In there, it shows Kindle Edition and Paperback. =)
