| Spririt in the Sky is a great song, but I too haven't heard anything else by him. That Milk Cow song isn't really my thing, but I didn't hate it either. | |

| Once some record company wanted to pay Ultimatum to record a cover of Spirit in the Sky. We were right in the middle of recording Puppet of Destruction (I think) so we declined. _________________ ULTIMATUM - TOO METAL FOR WIKIPEDIA!

| Spirit in the Sky is on my hate list that consists of about 10 songs. I really, really hate it. It's extrmely popular here in Germany and gets played on the radio too much | |

You actually listen to radio? The last time I listened to a music station on radio was when my CD player locked up. Other than that, the only time I listen to radio period is when I need to catch a baseball game. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

| I sang karoke to 'Spirit in the Sky' when I was dating my future wife. I thought I'd impress her because she was a religion teacher at the time. _________________ I used to be with it, but then they changed what "it" was. Or ANY song!!! And, I can't say I disagree with ANY of the sentiments displayed here. I love it and I can't stand it. Depends on the day. And, Monte - See you during the Holiday season this year! But ya gotta put up with DC too... | |
