- New Gotthard too.
Forgot about that one too as well as the new Trixter. I would have ordered it but couldn't find it with a low enough price. There was only one on Amazon but despite putting it in my shopping cart, I was told it wasn't availiable from that seller anymore. Apart from a few songs, I think Crazy Lixx is a bit generic myself. I enjoyed New Religion quite a bit but there were a few mediocre songs on that as well. Cassanova, that's a different matter, they are very good IMO. The one album I have has almost no filler on it.

| Great albums Chewie! Hope you liked that Wes Montgomery. Did you ever get "Back At The Chicken Shack" by Jimmy Smith? It's the sister album to Midnight Special (same recording session).

No, that is a hard one to find around here! I see plenty of copies of Prayer Meetin' and Midnight Special now that I have decent copies of those albums. That Wes album is excellent! That Miles one is pretty beat up(it was really cheap), but I'm using it to test a turntable and stylus............ Someone making popcorn????

Collector's Items is one of the few recorded instances of Charlie Parker playing tenor sax (he primarily recorded on alto). On the original version of the album he's credited as "Charlie Chan" because he was under contract to Verve at the time. |

The album that started my love affair with IE! The only other IE album I hold in such high esteem is Burnt Offerings, but almost all range from good to great IMO.
