Tineye led me onto this site. It's in Kmorgish language, but seems the band is Shotgun Messiah.

FUN FACT: Welcome to Bop City by Kingpin was a Swedish release. Then the band moved to LA, changed their name to Shotgun Messiah and re-released the Bop City album as ther SM debut. Kooky!!!
