Mine are:

1-Heavy Metal Old School with the Black Sabbath cross.
2-Speed Metal
3-Thrash Metal

1. Thrash/Speed (i'll put em in the same category)
2. Good ol Heavy Metal
3. Power Metal

Yeah Early Power Metal (And the 80s one) is one of the best style.

4-Early Power Metal

My fave would be:
HEAVY METAL (from the 80s or bands of today with a 80s sound and attitude. Big fan of US METAL, NWOBHM, EURO METAL...).
THRASH/SPEED METAL(same as above).
HARD ROCK/HEAVY ROCK from the 70s and 80s or bands of today with that feeling and spirit.

But i also listen to WHITE METAL, old DEATH METAL, first and second wave of BLACK METAL, GLAM/SLEAZY METAL, HARD AOR, THRASHCORE, PUNK METAL, NS METAL, POWER METAL, and more, but always stuff thats part of our movement.

•Speed MetaL (like Anthrax and metallica)
•Trash MetaL (like kreator, megadeth, and metallica)
•Gothic MetaL (like coal chamber)
•Nu MetaL (like slipknot and koRn)
•HeavY MetaL (like pantera and SlayeR)

Well theres not much in a genre, I'm just bored. They're all heavy metal for sure and at times they cross over... Megadeth has produced thrash (KIMB), but they really declare themselves a speed metal band.

I mean hell, Pantera was once a glam band! Who would of figured guessed they'd end up where they did!

I think thrash, power, goth are my favorites though. Honestly my mind connects it all together in one giant idea called metal.

Yeah. Metallica was Speed Metal ban in the Kill 'Em All era.
Slayer is in the big four of Thrash so Thrash. For Megadeth I don't know...I was thinking it was a Thrash Band.

Also SLAYER started like a SPEED METAL BAND, but later they became thrash metal, like METALLICA. Megadeth always have been for me THRASH METAL. They had a couple of fast songs, but more thrash to me. SLAYER and METALLICA were cool speed metal with their debuts and some later songs too.
