Ha! I knew I'd seen that name somewhere before. I just started reading George R. R. Martin's A Game of Thrones. Immediately I saw that the band Winterfell named themselves after a place in these books. Also within the first few chapters I saw that Winterfell has two songs inspired by these books: "Winter Is Coming" and "The Beggar King" (it also mentions this in the booklet, but it never meant anything to me). And now, the "words" associated with one of the families is Unbowed, Unbent, Unbroken, as is Winter Is Coming for another family.
