Rage is one of the most consistent bands, they never seem to put a bad album out IMO.

Love me some Rage. I think their best years are behind them but they still put out some great music nowdays. Actually loved everything Peavy has put out since the Avenger days.

I don't. I think their best albums have been from XIII on. Before that they lacked their own distinct identity and sound.

To me the best Rage albums were from "Trapped!" to "End Of All Days". Guess I like the thrashy, hard-hitting Rage more than the symphonic, elaborate Rage. But no biggie as I think the band has not declined in a major way - I just think their best work was the one I pointed out. A nod goes to "Perfect Man" for having "Don't Fear The Winter" - one of my favourite tracks ever!
