Yeah, that's pretty F'd up.

As for the comments, those who comment on Yahoo stories tend to be the internet equivalent of "Jerry Springer" guests so I am not surprised at how many there seem to think it's no big deal.

When I first started reading that story I thought the joke was going to be kissing a sibling or something. The creepy factor went off the charts that it was PARENTS. And of course I love this quote "no one has questioned the comedic intentions of the prank" and "despite the fact that a similar routine had been a huge hit at a pep rally at the school years earlier". Oh boy. I've always said no go can ever come from being blindfolded.

Very creepy ! How anyone would consider this a good idea and appropriate is beyond me.

That's just not right. I saw this article too and, as an educator, cannot believe that administration allowed this to occur. Drop a bomb, indeed.

yep. This is a classic case that will end up in a textbook under "How bad decisions get made"

meh, this was just silliness taken too far. it'd be more concerning if this was going on in private behind closed doors. doesn't take much to ruffle the feathers of the morals police though.

This story freaked me out!

That is some messed up stuff right there!

I can't imagine what would have happened to me if they took off the blindfold and I saw my Mom had been kissing me........

I'd knock my mother out. MC, that's the problem most people that commented didn't think it was a big deal, but the implications are scary. If parents and teachers are willing to create a spectacle where Mom is french kissing son and putting his hand on her butt and that first Dad seemed to really enjoy shoving his tongue down his daughter's throat something is really wrong with our society. I am surprised people are creating a stink about this though - its a natural outgrowth of the line of thought that Safe School Czar has been espousing as he praises NAMBLA, the child-sex promoters.

Yes. I don't know why anyone is surprised. This slide into degeneracy started back in the early 1950s/1960s, and this is just a natural progression to where all sex laws, and who you can partner with, will eventually be thrown away.

I probably wouldn't have been there. Every pep rally was spent at the park across the street where we would proceed to obtain higher altitudes.

anybody surprised by this must of been in a cave for the last 20 years. Unfortunately, this story will pale in comparison to the front page news 20 years from now.

No, all of it is. Secularism, uncensored media and liberal politics don't make people want to shove their tongues down their mum's throats.

Anyway, reading the article, I thought it would be like a harmless peck. However, that video footage is really rather uncomfortable. It's just all a bit massively inappropriate.
