Off to see Cage tonight!

Well it was a freak thing that Cage is playing in Moorhead, MN tonight. They are playing 15 songs so it should a killer show. I'll have pics to show tomorrow!

Awesome! I would love to see those guys live.

Nice! They are all pretty nice guys. When I played with them 2 years ago it was kind of cool cause there wasnt many people in the place. The crowd sucked but for me it was great I dont like when its crowded it was almost like they came just to play for me lol. anyway they were great and played like it was a full room.

Have fun! If Things go good, I shall start being able to see concerts again.

Awesome Wargod!! I saw them last year in Ft. Worth. Great show! Sean Peck is in the absolute upper echelon of metal voices. I'm happy and jealous that you got to see them.

I've seen them twice and they were great!

My son and I went and saw Cage in Charlotte, NC on a Sunday (after a Saturday Atlanta show for the band) and the only people in the club when Cage went on were me, my son, and the 2 bands who opened for them.

That's gotta be discouraging to the band on some level. Yea, they try to put on a good front, give it their all on stage, but afterwards, do they think "Why do I bother? Packing myself into this van, travelling all night, setting up, putting on our gear, playing for 3 people then fighting with the club owner to get our money?" Like that one scene from the Anvil doc. I guess that's how you can tell who's really doing it from the heart.

I used to feel bad for our professional indoor soccer team when noone showed up for their games.

Well, they said the Atlanta show was amazing. This Charlotte show was tacked on after the fact as just a way to fill in the night before their flights on Monday afternoon back to California. Peck said they'd never played NC before so he figured what the hell. There were about 75 people there while the other bands played...but when Cage hit after 11pm on a Sunday, everyone was gone. It was a Metalcore crowd anyhow.

Oh, I'm sure they'll have all kinds of excuses. If only they had top billing over the puppet show, the crowd woulda been much bigger.

I wasn't putting down Cage. I was just making a general statement about what it must be like to tour and not get the fan support.

Oh, it doesn't matter to me either way...haha! I was just relaying my experience.
