| I'm not sure how widespread this is but my local library offers free mp3 downloads through the library! You get 3 a week to download, yours to keep, drm free etc. Pretty awesome selection too!  | |

| Yes, the public library in Hamilton,Ontario offers free mp3's,
but never bothered looking into it,
as it is only one song a day or per week.
I don't see the point of it when you can download songs off youtube. | |
