That's not very good at all! Sounds like the music and vocals are for two different songs, especially on that verse.

Hell, why am I not surprised, as I'm guessing we'll never see a new Van Halen record with Roth on vocals. I knew it was too good to be true. Oh well, back to the waiting game as has been accustom with Van Halen over the years. Van Halen is on Eddie time, which means hell might truly freeze over before an album is ever released.

Damn!!!! I forgot how good John 5 sounds on this album!!!!!

Anyone that likes that and doesn't have that DLR album need to go out and get it now

I can tell by the guitar that it is not EVH or Alex on drums for that matter.

I didn't know either... yes... will have to listen to solo DLR... I only heard a greatest hits cd a couple years ago

I pulled that one out not that long ago and gave it a fresh spin. It's actually pretty good. The weakest part unfortunately is Dave's vocals. He sings allot in that lower register and when he goes high, it sounds strained. The band and the music is great.

I remember when I first heard that Dave was back with Van Halen and I immediatly thought of ths album because of the weak vocals. Thankfully when I saw them VH live on the reunion tour, Dave sounded way, way better. Not the classic Diamond Dave, but better than his last few solo outings.
