I go to one in a mall near me. Mostly all of the new cds are overpriced. But used cds are reasonable prices. And they run promotions a lot such as buy one used cd/dvd and get the second 50% off or buy 3 used and get one free. I've bought a lot of used stuff there. I've never had any problems with the condition of the used discs. Most are in usually like new condition.
