No that's not what I'm saying at all. It seems highly hypocritical to me that if the record company rep is smoking and drinking with the band as he gets to know them for him to turn around and say 'you're not being a good role model'. He was doing the same thing they were.

But then that begs the question, should Christians smoke or drink.... Paul slammed gluttony pretty hard too. "64oz big gulp with that tripple whopper with cheese sir?" This will get this thread off into another area, sorry Eyesore, but having served in Pastoral ministry for over 3-1/2 years I've seen my share of.......... shall we say.... what being a "good example" is .... very disappointing at times for sure. We're all humans trying to make it through this sesspool, to reach the uncorruptable.

No hard feelings. Sortof a sore subject for another thread I suppose....

I absolutely agree with you bro, if that is what really happened, 15+
years ago. No hard feelings at all. I understand now what you were
trying to get at. I too have seen many "bad examples" and myself have
failed big time. And I would not judge any of you guys! This forum has
been a great discovery for me. And I totally enjoy all the people
chatting and respect and appreciate their opinions. I had that tape by
the way.

ROA WAS AN AWESOME BAND and their S/T CD was amazing! 10/10

Just saw this thread has ben raised from the dead - I have the original CD and bought it as a new release - good stuff!!
