I feel like im the only that listened to this album. This was an awesome comeback for a band I like a lot. The old vocalist left for some reason, but the new dude sounds exactly like Blaine which usually I would think is kinda lame when a band goes that route, but in the accused's case the vocals were pretty important to their sound so im glad they could find such a close replacement.

you should change that..ahahaha.
The accused started as a hardcore band from Olympia, but the sound now and on most of their notable albums I would call more of a crossover sound. They were one of the first to bridge that gap along with DRI, Suicidal, corrosion of conformity, etc.

These guys fall under the "heard, but never heard" category. Listening to this album online right now. Sounds great!
