| This happened just northeast of me last night on I70. How does this happen? The driver apparently wasn't drunk.

| At night, with all that rain reflecting all the lights from cars and stuff, the glare on the windshield, I can see how someone could easily miss that. Of course, he was probably texting.  | |

| In my years on the road I've seen people shaving (with an electric razor), reading the newspaper, and applying makeup while driving. And that's just off the top of my head.
