| I've liked this band on and off since I heard them a few years ago. They have some pretty solid releases but towards the last few albums they started to get a little stale to me and I haven't really listened to them as much. My favorite album by them is "Spellbound". That was one of those albums I bought based on the artwork.
They have a new album coming out called Stormwarning and a new video for a song called Endless Symphony. It sounded really good and a little bit heavier than their previous albums which is great because this band needed a kick in the butt. It also doesn't hurt that Dennis Ward from PC69 produced and mixed the album.
Heres more info. After hearing the song I'm excited to hear the album. Don't really care for the video though, seeing the band shots makes it look a little corney.

| Nice to see them doing more albums.
A few months ago I posted links to some of my favourite Ten tunes into the Bands missing from NoLifeTilMetal thread.
I've been sort of a fan of theirs for over ten years now. However, I don't own much of their stuff. I've got only their debut album, Never Say Goodbye live album and Babylon. I've got some mp3s from some of their other albums and I've listened to them on Youtube. I really should buy more... Especially The Robe and The Name of the Rose. I do have both of Gary Hughes' Once And the Future King albums though.
The new song didn't seem that great at first but near the end the chorus started to feel very good. Second listening sounds much better. It's not among their best though. Not nearly as catchy as The Name of the Rose for example.
hmmmmm...... Damn, this is really starting to feel better and better.
Gary Hughes has some talent in making catchy choruses and melodies although he does stand in near the line of plagiarizing other songs at times. For example, the verse on Timeless from the album Babylon sounds almost too much like the verse on Cat Stevens' Wild World.
hmmmm.... I'm now listening to that new song for the third time. Man, that's a good song!

| Hahaha I know what you mean. When I listened to this new song it reminded me of another song and doesn't someone have a video like this one with a girl putting pictures on a wall or am I thinking of that Robin Williams movie 1 Hour Photo... hmmm.
I think their best album is Spellbound. You would definetly like that one. _________________

| Don't know about this band but if Dennis Ward is producing I might check it out. A majority of the melodic hard rock albums that I love are associated with him. | |

| I'll need to pick up on this. I love Gary Hughes song writing, although I could do without the really sappy stuff. But hey, it's the nature of the beast I guess. I have everything that Ten has ever put out. | |

| This is a band I've read many positive things about but for some reason I always thought they'd be too "Journey-ish" for my current tastes.
Guess I need to do some research on 'em... _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

| They are often "Journey-ish", and those are the songs I could do without. The songs I like have more of a Magnum flavor I'd say. | |

| If I had to pick between New Ozzy and this, I'd pick this. But the album artwork does look pretty solid. | |
