It's in response to an article in the Washington Post, written by sportswriter Mark Wise about the Caps/Flyers series. He was basically bemoaning Flyers fans and their "thug like mentality". He went on to say that even the women and children looked like some barbaric hoard that would be better off doing security for Megadeth. So the Flyers people got permission from Megadeth to make the shirts and give away at the playoff games. The whole crowd was wearing them.
Roadrunner Records also was giving away the template for fans to make their own shirts if they wanted, with Dave's permission.

I made some nice coin on ebay with those shirts.
Had I know earlier, I could have went with our camera man that shot that footage of Dave Mustaine pumping up the Philly crowd. I didn't hear about it till the next day.

I won the other shirt too, "The Most Intimidating Fans in the NHL!" and has the Megadeth logo on the back. Won it on Ebay for $15.
