| Well its been a week and I think I notice somewhat of a difference. Especially not being as tired. Works been pretty heavy and I've been doing other work after my own job but I realy haven't felt like I needed to crash the moment I got home. We'll see what happens though cause everyone seems to be getting sick and taking all that zinc and vitamin c should help with not catching something haha. _________________  | |

| I take a multi-vitamin and a fish oil every morning. I also have a candy dish full of chewable vitamin C that I will dip into later in the day [gives ya a little "kick""]. |

Two things you MUST get that WORK from personal experience: Apple Cider Vinegar and Reflux EZE.  | |

| Hahaha! I was affraid cause a few weeks after I started taking those I was feeling wierd. Then I read up about overdosing on vitamins so I said screw it, I'm done. _________________ | |

Never heard of Reflux EZE, I take two omeprazol magnesium gelcaps and have little or no problem (unless I foget to take it). I'm starting to take Emergen C Joint formula (condroitin and glucosamine) for my wrist. At first I couldn't get past the taste but found out that if I mix it with a drink mix (like Country Time pink lemonade) it takes care of that. | |

I never heard of that ever happening. But you can just get Reflux eze, ....it won't make your heart go nuts, and it doesn't taste like smurf poo. | |
