I found myself enjoying WHITE LION today.

White Lion was a pretty good band. I liked their Pride album back when i first got into hard rock. Vito Bratta is a great player too!

I've ALWAYS said they were a great band! Cannot understand why people limit themselves from listening to certain bands just becasue they have a hair metal or pop metal tag. While Lion RULES, great vocalist, and amazing guitarist!

Fight to Survive was one of the most seriously underrated albums of the 80's and the best thing they ever did! Nothing sounded like that in 1985.

Fantastic band!!!!!! Unfortunately, they were discarded like many good bands of the ear (see Warrant, Winger)

I never realized they had an ANGEL connection until this CD arrived in the mail. That sort of peaked my interest at first.

I totally dug White Lion. Loved there sound in highschool. "When The Children Cry" still has one of my favorite solos. Then I traded that tape to a hot rocker chick at school for Poison - Open Up and Say Ahh, thinking she liked me.....STUPID STUPID STUPID!!!

And that's when I realized, "Eeeeeeeeeeeeeevery Rose Has Its Thorns"....

I dig FIGHT TO SURVIVE as well. White Lion was a pretty damn good band on those first two records (FIGHT and PRIDE). Unfortunately they took a fast train to Suck-Ville after that initial pair.
