I am not referring to best glam bands just referring to talented glam bands

IMO would be:
1. Spread Eagle
2. Leatherwolf
3. Hanoi Rocks
4. Bang Tango
5. Dokken

I'm pretty sure we've done this before, but what the hell...

3. L.A. Guns (first couple of records anyway)

I guess I never considered Leatherwolf to be "glam". Always saw them as just straight forward heavy metal.

D.A.D. are great! Been really getting into No Fuel Left for Pilgrims recently.

I only have two D.A.D. albums (NO FUEL and the follow up RISKIN' IT ALL) but they're both great, especially NO FUEL. I swear whenever I put that one on, it's all I wanna hear for a couple of days afterwards. It's infectious as hell.

Most talented? I dunno. All of 'em could play an instrument and sold albums, which is more than I'll ever do so I'm no judge of talent. If I had to pick 5, I'll say:

Those are the only D.A.D. albums I have too and both are stellar.

And I wouldnt consider any of those(except maybe Black Rain) bands Glam.Moreso Sleaze than anything.

Glam metal are bands that combinate a lot of makeup with hard rock/metal music and i dont think WINGER, WHITE LION or LEATHERWOLF have anything to do with glam metal, they are just hard rock bands, and LEATHERWOLF first albums US METAL, and later hard rock/melodic metal on STREET READY.
Anway, in my opinion WRATHCHILD UK, LONDON, TIGERTAILZ, PRETTY BOY FLOYD, and DIAMOND REXX were some of the best glam metal bands around.

In terms of pure talent...

If Whitesnake counts, they're number one.

Also, Dokken (aside from maybe Don himself).

Hum... Cinderella maybe?

Also, Extreme has Nuno Bettencourt and that's enough for me.

I would second Gemini Five. I am anxious to get some Babylon Bombs.

I would've included The Last Vegas if they had more than one good album. Their older stuff with the different singer is really good musically but the guy's voice is awful.
