I love it. Sounds just like his older solo/side project stuff. But, in reality? He could go cookie monster and I would still love it simply cuz it is Peter "Biff" Byford. I embrace my bias fully.

Just recently got this from Amazon when it showed up in the recommended section while I'm working on filling out my Saxon collection. If it wasn't for the name on it I would have never considered it because the album cover doesn't exactly scream out heavy metal. Heck, doesn't even whisper it. But I know who Biff is and was sure it would be metal so I ordered it.

And how's the music?

I'll listen to the album Wednesday but from what I've sampled, it is quality heavy metal. Really not much removed from Saxon TBH.

It definitely has his love for Lea Hart inspired British nonsense. But they all did that. Di'Anno, Grimmett, even Dickenson touched upon what Hart tried to accomplish for 20 years. Personally? And, once again? It's Biff MAN! Can't F with it.

I could not imagine anyone else singing a Saxon song but the Mighty Biff Byford.
