I bought Lynyrd Skynyrd's "Innyrds" GH album last year and gave them a chance.
Pass. Way too boring for me. Well at least you gave Skynyrd a shot.
Personally I still think you're suffering from inner ear damage due to the growling crap you like but at least you gave them a listen and your opinion is respected. He's young yet so he hasn't had the chance to know what southern rock is and I mean true southern rock. Lynyrd Skynyrd is the commercial answer to southern rock I love Skynyrd! Wargod51

Not anymore there aren't. As far as I know Skynyrd is the only southern rock band still going. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

As far as I know Skynyrd is the only southern rock band still going. A version of The Outlaws with Henry Paul is gigging and Molly Hatchet is still playing. There are The Southern Rock All-Stars with members of Blackfoot, Skynyrd, Molly Hatchet, and Axe. I saw Blackfoot a few years ago with a few original members and the guy from Axe playing guitar and singing. _________________

| The Outlaws without Hughie is just wrong IMO. So is Blackfoot without Ricky Medlocke. I like Axe though. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

I like Axe though. I concur on all ponts. Bobby Barth did a good job in the Blackfoot show I saw. Man did he look way different than he did when I saw Axe open for The Crue on one of the first shows of the Shout At The Devil tour. _________________

This. If they'd replace Michaels with Molly Hatchet... now THAT would be a show!
