Damn! I knew Shamu would chime in on this thread and put us all to shame diversity-wise.

Unless the thing just really sucks, I tend to eventually like getting everything (albums and sometimes EPs) of the bands I collect. So it's really based off of how much they've got out usually..

I have all of the studio stuff that Tony Iommi has played on, however many that is. Must be around 30 albums?
The only band that I've gotten ito bootlegs and multiple live albums is Alex Harvey, I must have about 20-25 featuring him.
I guess that's no surprise. Other than that I'm not a completist by any means. A lot of the stuff I collect is pretty obscure, so many of them were just one-offs.

That's off the top of my head. My record collection at home with my parents, as I hardly have room for over 1000 CDs, tapes, DVDs and records in my two bedroom appartment.
