I couldn't believe how much I liked liver when I finally tried it. Not something I have often but won't turn it away. Might have to try it with the onions sometime.

Liver Not a fan! And yes, I have tried it!
I had leftover Chinese food today! Orange beef and steamed rice. Mmmm!
Metallic Blaze, is corn souffle the same as what I called scalloped corn? Sounds interesting whatever it is! Love meat loaf and cheddar potatoes, too. Can I come over?

Corn Souffle is a French dish ... like Scalloped Corn - only more of a cake. Very very good.
And yea - c'mon over!

One of my dad's favorites as well. Of course he also likes cow tounge and brains, oysters on the half-shell, and other animal organs. The only things my dad won't eat are brussel sprouts and turnips.
